Job Description

  • Entry point of the requests for quotations and the purchase orders, detailed screening of them, if required request for clarifications to the client or internally to the sales department
  • Issue of the quotations, register them in the database and send to the customer
  • Book of the orders in Oracle, internal distribution and send to the customer
  • Give all necessary information to the shipping Departments
  • Continuous follow up of the orders in order to give an exact feed-back to the customers
  • Be the Interface for the Sales Administration Department in Geneva for all questions and/or issues related to the Internal Requisitions

Requirements

  • Secondary/University education
  • Good level of Czech both written and spoken
  • Good level of English (or French) both written and spoken
  • Any other languages would be an asset
  • Knowledge of the International Trade is a plus
  • Proactive and conscientious
  • Ability to work under pressure and on short term notices
  • Customer oriented.
