Job Description
- Entry point of the requests for quotations and the purchase orders, detailed screening of them, if required request for clarifications to the client or internally to the sales department
- Issue of the quotations, register them in the database and send to the customer
- Book of the orders in Oracle, internal distribution and send to the customer
- Give all necessary information to the shipping Departments
- Continuous follow up of the orders in order to give an exact feed-back to the customers
- Be the Interface for the Sales Administration Department in Geneva for all questions and/or issues related to the Internal Requisitions
Requirements
- Secondary/University education
- Good level of Czech both written and spoken
- Good level of English (or French) both written and spoken
- Any other languages would be an asset
- Knowledge of the International Trade is a plus
- Proactive and conscientious
- Ability to work under pressure and on short term notices
- Customer oriented.
