Our HR admin team already has 1 member, so you will be part of a nicely sized miniteam. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire onboarding and employment process, from job offer to termination. You will work closely with your colleague, our managers and employees to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring administration and provide support throughout the employee lifecycle.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about HR and has a proven track record of success in a similar role. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements.

Requirements

Main responsibilities with us would include:

  • Onboarding/Offboarding employees in the Czech Republic and abroad (administration, processes, communication, support for recruiters). There is certainly room for process optimization, as not everything is perfectly set up.
  • Processing of contractual changes for employees in all locations.
  • EoR platforms (Deel, Atlas) and HRIS administration (BambooHR).
  • Benefits administration, their updating, communication with suppliers and employees.
  • Coordination of language education, administration of changes according to the needs of lecturers and employees.
  • Close cooperation with the HR Business Partner and Finance/Payroll department.
