Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, capable of building relationships with both clients and candidates while meeting and exceeding established targets.

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for IT positions
• Manage a team of recruiters to ensure the timely delivery of candidates to clients
• Partner with account managers to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Work closely with candidates to better understand their career aspirations and effectively match them with opportunities
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process
• Track and report on recruiting KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement
• Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices to ensure NonStop remains competitive in the marketplace

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 1 years of experience managing a team of recruiters
• A proven track record of exceeding recruiting targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment technology and tools
