Job Description

We are Salsita Software, a software agency with 90 total staff based in Czech, with our main office in Prague and a satellite office in Ostrava. We are looking for a salesperson to help us with our sales efforts and also business development. We’d like them to participate in lead gen activities, sales calls and also reach out to potential partners and form partnerships with them.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a knack for developing new business opportunities, and a strong track record in sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through research, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
  • Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with potential partners to develop strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop sales strategies and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to inform the development of new products and services.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent Salsita Software and expand our network.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the software or technology industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
